Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The garage said they would fix it as a good will gesture

I have had my Hyundai Tucson 21 plate for 15 months and the orange emissions light has come on 4 times now. I rang my Hyundai dealer in Colchester and they said i will have to pay for it this time because its not covered under the Hyundai warranty which would cost £150 approx. They told me its the way the car is being driven which i find insulting as i have been driving for years and never had a problem with other cars. There seems to be a fault with this part as this should not keep happening now i am expected to pay £150 every time this light comes on which is 3-4 times a year.I saved up and payed a lot of money for this car and i think this is an ongoing problem with this car and i know im not the only one who has had this problem. Please can someone contact me asap to sort this problem out before I go to social media and warn everyone else about it. Thankyou i look for to hearing from you soon. Richard Newman

Hyundai Motor UK - Network error [4017]
I am unable to connect to the App & keep getting this message, I have tried uninstall then reinstall, but still the same, I was on holiday when the update was available, car has been updated, but still can't connect, do I have to go to my dealer?.

User's recommendation: Hyundai did contact me via email, the issue was the time on my phone was set to manual, I change it it auto & it resolved the problem.

Ive got a Hyundai i10 go se ive had it from new its a 2018 so its 3yrs old my issue and complaint is the back seat the seems are comeing apart also the front drivers seat is fraying at the back and ive been told were i purchased it from its not under warranty in all the years ive had cars ive never had this problem at all and to say my cars only 3yrs old this shouldn't be happening

Rubbish parts department

Twice ive been told that my parts for hyundai i10 would be here for a certain day and twice i have been told sorry but after some *** excuse i they have told me the part to be delivered the next day ( if I'm lucky ) terrible service

Hyundai have chosen not to help in a potential safety matter

LK03EGF was badly damaged/broken in a car accident, this car was rebuilt with the costs and damage hidden, for all the details go to www.buythishere.com The driver of this car was at the time of the accident employed as the After Sales Manager and was also over the drink drive limit, he was allowed to keep his job, the Manager of the dealership new all about it as now do the Managing Director and Financial Director of Hyundai UK.
